Luis Andrade was injured while working for an asbestos-removal contractor on the premises of Kirby Forest Industries, Inc. In this cause, Kirbys successor-in-interest, Louisiana-Pacific Corp., challenges the legal sufficiency of the evidence to support the jurys gross-negligence finding against it. We conclude that no evidence supports that finding, and accordingly reverse and render judgment that Andrade take nothing on his gross-negligence claim.
